A 2016 Good Food Awards winner and crowd favorite, this balanced blend of all Ritual origins bars is a pure sweet treat. Ritual's goal for the Mid-Mountain Blend was to highlight subtle tasting notes from each bean. Fruity, nutty, earthy, chocolatey, floral- it's all here.
With highlighted notes of strawberry, fudge & graham cracker this chocolate plays well with savory but certainly lends itself to sweet preparations as well. We love making a rich chocolate gelato with folded chunks of chocolate in each scoop; folded into meringues with espresso; or formed into truffles and rolled in matcha powder.
