Jalabeaño Bloody Mary
A quintessential weekend cocktail, Pacific Pickle Works' Bradley Bennett shares his take on the Bloody Mary. Substituting gin for vodka in this recipe adds depth of flavor from the gin's herbal notes and the Jalabeaños are the perfect accompaniment to cut through the tomato.

½ Ounce, Pacific Pickle Works Bloody Mary Elixir
3 Jalabeaños For Garnishing
Rim With Celery Salt
- Rim a mug with celery salt. (Pro Tip: Use a lemon or lime wedge to moisten the rim of the mug to add an extra layer of flavor).

- Stir to combine well.
- Stick the Jalabeaños in a bunch into the Bloody Mary on the side so the tops stick out.
