Crisp and spicy from the fresh ginger, this cocktail from Mixologist Devon Espinosa is the perfect cocktail to turn up the heat with your special someone.
Ingredients
1.5 oz, Altos Tequila Blanco
.75 oz, Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz, Simple Syrup
- 1 Cup, Granulated Sugar
- 1 Cup, Water
3 oz, Seabold Ginger Beer
Garnish
1 Mint, Sprig
1 Lime, Wedge
Directions
Simple Syrup
1. Bring water to a boil,
2. Turn off heat + add sugar until completely disintegrated.
Finish
1. Build vodka, lime juice, simple syrup + Seabold Ginger Beer in a Collins glass.
2. Add ice and garnish with fresh mint and lime wedge.
