Hatchup Katchup is gourmet ketchup with a spicy twist! Utilizing flame roasted green chile grown in Hatch, New Mexico and vine-ripened tomatoes harvested in California, each one of the delicious ingredients has been chosen for its absolute quality and taste.
Gluten free, dairy free and vegan, this condiment contains no high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) or Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). Perfect added to Bloody Mary's, Spiced Pork Kabobs, or Gazpacho, it's also the perfect complement to the summer staple: Burgers & French Fries
About Hatchup Katchup
Not too long after settling in New Mexico from the East Coast, the minds behind Hatchup Katchup found themselves seduced by the delicious aroma during "Hatch Season". With their first home directly situated near those roasters that roast Hatch green chiles day after day from late summer to early autumn, it was fate. The peppers had the perfect blend of heat and flavor and soon, Carmin + Jacob were topping every dish with thier new discovery. Eventually inspiration hit and they decided to create a gourmet, limited batch ketchup, starring those fine roasted green chile peppers from Hatch, New Mexico and pairing them with only excellent ingredients - resulting in the verstaile condiment featured in our July 2015 basket.
