Green Jam Man specializes in jams, jellies, and marmalades from local fruits and ingredients. Every product features at least one local ingredient and if it grows in the NorthEast, is sourced only locally. Started after Michael went currant picking at a local farm in 2010 and made his first batch of jam, Green Jam Man is dedicated to spotlighting the natural flavors of their ingredients and moving away from traditional jams loaded with sugar and flavorings. With the Vermont landscape changing through the seasons so do the available flavors - in spring customers can expect combinations with strawberries and rhubarb, summer showcases stone fruits, berries, and cherries, and the colder months bring apples, elderberries and citrus mixed with spices and warming flavors. Made in a copper pot due to its heating qualities and resulting texture of the products, each batch of Green Jam Man jams are hand-crafted in small quantities ensuring quality of flavor and producing a product that goes beyond expectations.
