Cauliflower | Dates | Preserved Lemon | Ras el Hanout


For The Dish:
1 Teaspoon, India Tree Ras el Hanout
3 Cups, Cauliflower Florets
2 Cloves, Garlic, Sliced Thin
4 Dates, Pitted + Sliced Thin
1/4 Preserved Lemon, Diced
1 Tablespoon, Preserved Lemon Liquid
2 Tablespoons, Salted Butter
2 Tablespoons, Olive Oil
Kosher Salt, To Taste


For The Dish:

  1. In a small sauce pan, melt the butter and add the garlic to sweat. Add the India Tree Ras el Hanout before garlic begins to caramelize.
  2. Add the cauliflower and saute for 3 minutes or unitl it begins to brown
  3. Add the dates and preserved lemons and preserved lemon liquid. Cook for an additional 3 minutes and season with salt to taste.
