About Chef Estee
I've always been driven by a love for authentic ingredients that connect land, farmer, food, and diner. This dedication means I'm drawn to building full-flavored dishes using every portion of each ingredient - which, for my restaurant, are sourced primarily from local and organic farms. I'm also a firm believer in sharing success and connecting the food world through the support of local purveyors and causes. After learning about the like-minded mentaility behing The FareTrade, I became excited at the prospect of sharing some of my favorite artisans with their community - many of which are featured in this box.
The products you'll find are all classic in form but exceed in flavor. I've chosen them based on their versatility and ability to meld well with ingredients you likely already have at home (and some that you might use for the first time!) The end result is four dishes that I would be proud to feature at my restaurant and sure to delight friends, family and loved ones.
