Beats by Dre Offsite Culinary Curation

When Beats by Dre brought their international team from London, Paris + Tokyo to Los Angeles to outline the strategy for their new product release, they contacted The FareTrade to provide a customized culinary experience. From providing catering solutions utilizing our favorite Los Angeles restaurants and chefs to personalized welcome boxes showcasing local artisans.


Customized Catering Solutions

To allow the Beats by Dre team to focus on their tasks at hand, The FareTrade utilized our roster of restaurant relationships to provide a culinary experience that is uniquely Los Angeles. From a specially made breakfast bar with seasonal berries, handmade granola, and fresh yogurt + pastries from Nancy Silverton's iconic La Brea Bakery to made-to-order gruyere quiche featuring farmer's market vegetables from Santa Monica staple Huckleberry Bakery and Cafe. And, of course, all of the coffee.

Additionally, The FareTrade team sourced and crafted a delicious snack bar featuring grab-and-go bites and refreshments for the Beats team to nosh on throughout the day.

We believe that the best way to discover a city is through its food. By partnering with a few of our favorite chefs and local L.A. artisans, The FareTrade crafted personalized welcome boxes for the Beats by Dre Team. Featuring Old Bay Chips from Michael Voltaggio's Sack Sandwiches, Josef Centeno's Hibiscus Sweet + Sour BΓ€co Pop soda, Ranch Spiced Almonds from AG Standard Almonds + chewy candies from Quin Candy
