Habanero-Hibiscus Margarita

A flavorful balance of spicy + sweet this margarita from Chef Jamie Malone features P&H Soda Co's Hibiscus Soda Syrup.  Celebrate the repeal of prohibition!

Ingredients

1oz Hibiscus Syrup

3oz Tequila

1oz Triple Sec

1 Habanero Pepper

- may be substituted with Jalapeno or other chili pepper

Juice of 2 Limes

Ice

Rock Salt

Directions

Combine Lime Juice, Hibiscus Syrup, Tequila and Triple Sec in a shaker with Ice. Shake until well combined

In a small dish, make a layer of rock salt.

Cut Habanero in half. Slide inner flesh of habanero around the outter rim of the glass

Dip Habanero-rimmed glass in rock salt plate.

Strain Liquid into tumbler glass with Ice.
