1oz Hibiscus Syrup
1oz Triple Sec
1 Habanero Pepper
- may be substituted with Jalapeno or other chili pepper
Juice of 2 Limes
Combine Lime Juice, Hibiscus Syrup, Tequila and Triple Sec in a shaker with Ice. Shake until well combined
In a small dish, make a layer of rock salt.
Cut Habanero in half. Slide inner flesh of habanero around the outter rim of the glass
Dip Habanero-rimmed glass in rock salt plate.
Strain Liquid into tumbler glass with Ice.
