Broiled Oysters | NW Elixirs #2 Compound Butter

Ingredients

12 large oysters, freshly shucked and on the 1/2 shell

3 ounces, unsalted butter, softened

3 tablespoons, NW Elixirs #2 Verde Hott Sauce

1 small clove, garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon, sea salt

1/2 lemon, zested

 

Directions

Preheat Broiler

In a small bowl, thoroughly mix butter, NW Elixirs #2 Verde Hott Sauce, garlic, salt, and lemon zest . Place oysters in a shallow saute pan and divide butter mixture evenly on top of each bivalve. Broil for 3-5 minutes, until topping is bubbly and glazed.

Eat Immediately.
