Dulcinea Chocolate Chip Cookies

Early this week, Laurie shared her favorite recipe to use with her 70% Guatemala Chocolate Bar with us. Which just so happens to be one of our favorite treats! Chocolate Chip Cookies. 

Dulcinea Craft Chocolate Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 360

1 Cup, Salted Butter

1/2 Cup, Sugar

1 1/2 Cup, Packed Brown Sugar 

Cream these first three ingredients until fluffy, at least 3 minutes

 

2 Eggs

1 Vanilla Bean    

Add these two ingredients and and beat for an additional 2 minutes

 

1 Cup, White Flour

1 Cup, Ground Oats

3/4 Cup, Almond Flour

3/4 Teaspoon, Medium Coarse Sea Salt

1 Teaspoon, Baking Soda

1 1/2 Teaspoon, Baking Powder    

Add dry ingredients and mix till fully incorporated

 

1 Bar, Dulcinea Craft Chocolate 70% Guatemala, Chopped    

Add chocolate and stir till well distributed

 

Cook

Drop 2 TBSP of dough, or use a medium cookie scoop, onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Top each cookie with a pinch of coarse sea salt. Bake @360 for 13 minutes and the edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and leave on the cookie sheet for 2 additional minutes.
