Founded in 2009 after photographing the mustard-flower-covered hills around San Diego, James + Zach set off to elevate "The Kings Condiment" to the next level with the creation of SoNo Trading Co..

What Inspired You To Start Your Company?

We started SoNo to have full control over making $ for our futures. Also Zach and I wanted to be involved in the local food movement by sharing our knowledge and creativity with respect of food.

What Does “Artisan” Mean To You?

One who creates and shares products produced by their own standards to be shared amongst the public.

What Drew You To Food?

Zach and I were blessed with families that come together over meals. Because of this great passion passed on to us we wanted to share our knowledge and love with the public knowing the strong bond that it results in.

Where Does Your Food Inspiration Come From?

The people in our lives that we choose to surround ourselves with. Also with our international and national travels that spark our minds and pallets.

A Yellow Chile Sriracha to add more spice to our brand.

Our new Red Chile Sriracha. In our humble opinions it's flavor profile far outdoes that of the sriracha that most of the USA is familiar with.

Vinegars of all flavors.
