Membership + Subscription

Are you a subscription service?

  • While The FareTrade is a monthly subscription service, members have the ability to skip any month's basket they do not wish to receive at no charge.  This means that if you wish to skip a basket in a given month, you will pay nothing that month and your membership will continue as scheduled the next month. You may skip as many baskets as you wish.
    • How Skipping Works: We announce the contents of each month's basket on the first of that month.  Member's may skip that month's basket by logging-in to their account by 11:59pm on the 4th and selecting the "Skip This Month" option from their account dashboard.

Is there a minimum subscription length?

  • Nope, there is no minimum subscription length for The FareTrade subscriptions.  You are free to cancel your membership at anytime.
    • Note: Gift purchases or any pre-paid purchases are not eligible for refund.  You may still skip any and all baskets you do not wish to receive, or select a third party for the remaining baskets to be sent to.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • While we will be very sad to see you go, canceling a subscription is easy!  Simply log-in to your account and follow the steps below:
    • Select "My Account" on the top right.
    • Select "Cancel My Account" on the right, under the navigation buttons.
    • Confirm that you would like to cancel your account.

Can I put my subscription on pause?

  • Absolutely! Simply use the Contact Us form to let us know how long you would like to pause your membership for.

How much does a membership cost?

  • Great question! Membership to The FareTrade is $65 per month.  This price includes free shipping to anywhere in the United States as well as tax.
    • We also offer discounts for bulk purchases.

When will I be charged?

  • Once you sign up for your first basket you will be charged right away. For all subsequent baskets, you will be charged shortly after midnight on the 5th of the month.

When can I expect to receive my basket?

  • For current members or anyone signing up between the 1st and 5th of the month, your basket will ship between the 6th and 10th of the month.
  • Anyone who makes a purchase after the 5th of the month, your basket will ship within 48 hours.

Are you able to accommodate my dietary restrictions or food allergies?

  • Of course! Simply let us know in the notes section at checkout any dietary restrictions or food allergies you have + we will substitute out those products in any baskets in which you would be affected!

Can I send The FareTrade as a gift?

Can I specify a ship date or include a note with my gift purchase?

  • Yes! At checkout, let us know in the notes section when you would like the gift shipped and leave any special notes you would like included.
